Brandon Katcher
I am a Freelance Filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I was born and raised in the Bay Area. I picked up my first video camera when I was 12 years old. My first film, made for a 6th grade class, was aptly titled, Attack of the Killer Mutant Worm. I did my first green screen work in 8th grade.
I attended the film program at Syracuse University in upstate New York. It was there that I truly discovered my passion for filmmaking, in particular, cinematography. The natural world is very important in my life, and hence, many of my films embody this theme. A Gentle Walk is my first feature-length documentary.
